APPENDIX REGISTERED HYBRIDS These forms are to be used to register Lhasa-Poos, Cockapoos, Peek-a-Poos, Schnoodles, and Labradooles To register litters, sire and dam must first be registered with AMW. If you already have an AMW registered Poodle, Yorkie, Cocker, Pekingese, Schnauzer, or Labrador; OR if you have a dog already registered with another registry, you can apply to cross-register your dog as Foundation breeding stock for Appendix Registered Hybrids. Just fill out the form below (Please Print) and send along with fee of $10.00 per dog to AMW, P.O. BOX 7234, Huntington Beach, CA. 92615
