The
Registry welcomes and acknowledges ALL BREEDS of PURE-BRED DOGS
and their PUPPY LITTERS . We provide an easy
and prompt method for the individual dog owner, or breeders to
register dogs and litters of purebred origin.
Registration Application Forms and Kennel Club Membership forms are
conveniently available at our web site. For additional information,
or forms see “Services Offered” at our web site, send an e-mail
request or send your request by mail.
The Registry offers prompt service coupled with reliability and
integrity .We strive to provide the fastest service in the industry.
The use
of the word "Archive" in our name was chosen
because it means a "secured place for important documents and
records". We provide a safe and secured place to register your dogs
and puppy litters with a Registry founded for the preservation and
continuation of all breeds of purebred canines.
The
Registry is both non-political and non-show based. AMW
is being utilized both nationwide and worldwide by individuals who
are working to maintain the integrity of their chosen breed without
the pressures exerted by the ever-changing standards of the show
ring.
AMW
also acts as the official registry for many rare breeds.
Your
AMW
registration certificate identifies the breed of dog, its'
official registered name, date of birth, official registration
number, sire and dam names and numbers, and owner of record.
AMW
provides five types of registry for your dog.
1. New registration (Dual Registration) for dogs registered
with another registry is available.
AMW
recognizes all other registries.. To register your dog with
AMW
you must fill out the proper form and submit with a copy of your
present registration, and the required fees.
All dogs registered in this manner, will carry the "R" prefix
before their number on the permanent registration certificate.
2. Registry of Merit, designated by the prefix RM before the
number on the permanent registration certificate. This is for your
purebred dog that has inadvertently not been registered at birth, or
whose papers have been lost, or a dog with unregistered purebred
parents. To qualify for this an owner must complete a registration
form and submit with three photographs showing front, both side
views of their dog , along with the required fee. (Photos become
the property of
AMW.
Fees will be returned if our panel of judges challenge the
application or photo evidence and adjudge "doubtful breeding")
3. Foundation Registry-New Breeds
AMW
provides registrations for Foundation (New Breed) Clubs. Because
AMW
can provide the latest in computer technology to maintain and
upgrade records for these groups, the Archives give great support
technology fledging groups. To qualify as a “New Breed Club” one
must first have a set breed standard, (type of coat, height and
weight of both dogs and bitches, weight range, bone structure, tail
carriage, ear set, colors, personality traits, any other specialized
traits, and any disqualifying features). All dogs bearing an “FR” as
the prefix to their permanent
AMW
registration number have been bred from dogs meeting these
standards.

registered dogs specifically to produce the hybrid puppy.
